This is and Illustration of a character blind and uses sound to see, All weapons and technology of this creatures are based on sound. This race is originally from a world very close to a big Sun where it is impossible to use "eyes" to see. He is able to support a very high temperatures because they have develop a exoskeleton, Their world is turning impossible to hold live any longer, so they invade a planet and found armed resistance.
